     Have you heard about being a Beachbody Coach? Have you considered becoming a Beachbody Coach or looked into how to become a Beachbody Coach? There is no extensive product learning, no previous health or fitness experience and no real technical skills to learn! You get the bulk of that done for you! Beachbody has a full line of already proven home fitness programs, there is no “selling” necessary to do! Most people see their ads running on TV all the time. Products like P90X, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift, Turbo Fire, 10 Minute Trainer and more are advertised daily for you! Each time you sell a program you will earn a 25% commission from that sale! Plus, you also have the opportunity to build residual income every week! Yes! You get paid your commissions from Beachbody every week! Now, if you are thinking there can’t be that many people buying a program every week, then you would be wrong and stand to miss out on earning this extra money!      What is Beachbody? Beachbody is a multi million dollar health and fitness company based out of southern California. You are probably familiar with Beachbody and maybe don’t even know it. They are the ones who are advertising those infomercials you see all the time. Heard of P90X? What about Insanity? Yes, those fitness infomercials you see on T.V. all the time are all programs offered by Beachbody! Other programs of theirs advertised on T.V. are Brazil Butt Lift, 10 Minute Trainer, Turbo Fire and Insanity the Asylum. Now have you heard about Beachbody? But do you really know what the stand for and what they are really trying to accomplish?

     Beachbody is desperately trying to get people fit and healthy. With the current health crisis facing America, Beachbody is trying to pave the way for people to live a healthy, fitter and longer life. How is Beachbody accomplishing this? First, the have literally designed a program for everyone and I do mean everyone! There are programs to help you lose weight in just 6 weeks (Slim In 6), to programs that help you build muscle mass (Body Beast, see some of my other posts), to a non-impact program that rehabilitates and re-centers the body in Tai Cheng. Then Beachbody spends 120 million dollars a year in advertising those hit programs on T.V. so people will see them. Now you add Shakeology to all of those programs and now you are getting your health in check. Shakeology is their health and weight management shake that guarantees you see some results and feel better than ever in just 30 days! However, Beachbody doesn’t stop there! They have added Team Beachbody, which is a network of people they call Coaches, who spread the word about Beachbody and help people get fit all while earning some extra money!

     So What is Beachbody? They are a company who knows that people really need help. They are providing the plan, the tools and the support through coaches and the Beachbody network to change peoples lives for the better.      What I want to share is my experience as a Beachbody coach and what it means to me and some of the people I’ve personally been able to help. First, let me start by saying that I didn’t start off as a coach, I was a customer with P90X first. I lost weight and had great results from P90X and was really excited about the prospect of sharing that with other people and making some extra income at the same time (see my story at http://www.getbeachreadynow.com/my-story.html ).

     Here are some points from my experience It hasn’t all been great, I actually quit once! Now maybe you’ll ask why would I want to coach again if I quit once already. My answer to that is sometimes in a network marketing business you get networked with people who only care about making themselves money and not about helping you or seeing you make money and worse of all not helping the customers the people who really need the help! I am very different in my beliefs about how a network marketing business should be run. I first and foremost am all about helping people lose weight and get health and be fit. I personally struggled with this and so has my family, therefore I have a deep connection with wanting to help people be fit. This is also the founding principle of a Beachbody coaching business and should be the priority of every coach. This should also be one of the biggest reasons to start a Beachbody coaching business. Now I began in Feb. of 2012 my second chance at being a Beachbody coach with people I personally know and are successful in helping people lose weight and building a successful network marketing business.

Being a coach for Beachbody is and can be rewarding. You get to help people change their lives by getting them in shape and be paid for your efforts! I personally like to here it when people say thank you for your help, I’ve lost weight when I’ve never been able too! Get a text message from someone, “Hey, just wanted to say I’ve lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks!”. To here how excited they are about their accomplishments makes me excited to be the person helping them. This is what I coach for, this is why I believe in what I do and why I choose Beachbody to help people. Their products P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire, Brazil Butt Lift, Body Beast and Shakeology shakes track records speak for themselves. With literally millions of success stories and thousands more every year, it’s hard not to say that Beachbody is leading the way to a healthier and fitter world.

3 Easy Ways To Improve Your Fitness

     Whether you are currently using a fitness program or working out with friends at the gym, here are 3 simple tips to help improve your overall fitness. These tips are to help you improve your overall functionality and avoid injury.

  1. Move In Multiple Planes Of Motion – This is an important rule to follow especially when you are first starting out. Most people never think about doing any exercises other than in a sagittal plane (a forward or backward motion). However, by focusing also on the frontal plane (side to side movements) and the transverse plane (rotational movements), you will be able to open an entirely different set of exercises that will help you develop greater strength and improve your overall fitness. As an added bonus, by working within these different planes you will more than likely be burning more calories and more fat! See your body has and adapts to exercise movements, thereby creating a plateau effect where you no longer see results. By moving and exercising in these different planes it is requiring your body’s nervous and muscular systems to try and coordinate together to complete these moves. Therefore, creating a higher degree of difficulty causing more calorie burn and less likely to adapt to these exercises which will allow you to continue seeing results!
  2. Your Body Can Only Push, Pull and Twist or Rotate – You body can only work in 3 ways, period! No matter what other people have said or what you see on TV, your body can only push something, pull something or rotate your body and core. By adding each of these movements to your exercise program you will help create a more balanced and stronger body in proper alignment. You can also add or combine these movements in order to get more work done in less time! By using compound movements like for the upper and lower body that involves stabilizing your core within the movement, you can achieve a total body workout with just a few exercises. Like mentioned before these compound movements will also help you burn more calories because of there increase in difficulty, thereby furthering your results!
  3. Rest, Recover and Regenerate – The forgotten rule of training. Most people, men in general, see off days of stretching and foam rolling massage to be a waste of time. This is far from the truth and your body will pay for this kind of thinking. By utilizing the “3 R’s” you will see greater gains in your body’s overall function and performance. Using the “3 R’s” you will help your body avoid injury, overuse of joints and be able to enjoy the benefits of your training. Tips here for recovery are use a foam roller to massage out muscle soreness before it kicks in and stretching can actually help improve your strength and better your lifts in the gym! Plus, get 6 -8 hours of sleep a night to allow your body to properly regenerate itself, especially after training session earlier that day.
