In order to have any success at losing weight, getting in shape or even getting ripped you must first know your calories. By knowing your calories you can help yourself build the body you want. It really is this simple and many people fail to realize this. So I want to cover this just briefly and then in greater detail a little later.
Here are the main things to know to get you started. Know how many calories a day you need to be eating for your goals. This is step number one and you must do it and not just estimate. If you need help calculating your calories then see the suggestions below. Then step two is know how much or the percentage of each of the BIG 3 calorie categories (Fat, Carbohydrates, Protein) you need to be eating. For example, If you’d like to lose weight, burn up fat and/or help tone your body a good ratio to start is 40/30/30. This means 40% Protein, 30% Fat, 30% Carbohydrates. So if you’re eating a slim down 1500 calories a day plan then 40% should consist of protein.

How To Get Fit

Need too, want too and/or desire to know How To Get Fit? Millions of Americans will ask themselves this question every year. But many will fall short of their goals, wants, needs and desires until a later time (usually around the time of New Year’s resolutions). So how do you avoid this and how do you get in shape? I mean if it was so easy then we wouldn’t be facing the current health crisis in America now would we? Everyone would go to a gym and look like they belong on a magazine cover if it were so easy, right? Want to know what separates the ones who are fit and healthier then the people who are not? Want to finally understand How To Get Fit and stay fit for the rest of your life? Get ready to write some stuff down.
First, YOU MUST WRITE THIS DOWN in order to see any results or have any success! I must Decide to make a change and then Commit to that change! See how you get fit and in shape is not just exercising or eating better but it is a total lifestyle change you need to commit too. I say it’s a total lifestyle change because obviously your current lifestyle is what you are not happy with, right? Otherwise you wouldn’t be reading, hopefully, this blog post, right? Eating well is only a portion of the total equation. Just exercising and continuing to eat unhealthy isn’t going to cut it. You need both elements along with some better sleep because my guess is you’re probably struggling with that as well. Guess what? When you get in shape and become healthier you are going to sleep better!
Now do this and WRITE THIS DOWN! Take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle, effectively making two separate columns. On one side at the top write PROS and the other side write CONS. Now write down all the positives of you getting in shape. Write down things like lose weight, improve health, feel better, look better, sleep better and be around for my kids to name a few. Now write down all the consequences of you not committing to get in shape. Write down the things you feel stops you from getting in shape. Once you’ve made your list read each side out loud, yes out loud, so that you can hear yourself say them! Now decide which side benefits you more. If you decide that the positives out weigh the negatives then read on and learn How To Get Fit below!
Are you ready to learn How To Get Fit now? Good! Now that you have decided to get fit and healthy you NEED to do one thing and one thing only, isn’t that great? Just one thing to change your life! You need to get on a plan/program that you feel is reasonable for your goals. Goals? Wait, I haven’t written down any goals yet! Ah, yes you have! Remember the Pros and Cons paper? Well your Pros are your goals! You’ve already given yourself something to work towards without thinking about it! Now about that how about that plan? What is Beachbody? Beachbody is a multi million dollar health and fitness company based out of southern California. You are probably familiar with Beachbody and maybe don’t even know it. They are the ones who are advertising those infomercials you see all the time. Heard of P90X? What about Insanity? Yes, those fitness infomercials you see on T.V. all the time are all programs offered by Beachbody! Other programs of theirs advertised on T.V. are Brazil Butt Lift, 10 Minute Trainer, Turbo Fire and Insanity the Asylum. Now have you heard about Beachbody? Just like to take a moment and say how much I love my mother. See my mother has struggled with her weight for most of her life and as far back as I can remember. Being A Beachbody Coach

What I want to share is my experience as a Beachbody coach and what it means to me and some of the people I’ve personally been able to help. First, let me start by saying that I didn’t start off as a coach, I was a customer with P90X first. I lost weight and had great results from P90X and was really excited about the prospect of sharing that with other people and making some extra income at the same time (see my story at http://www.getbeachreadynow.com/my-story.html ).
Here are some points from my experience It hasn’t all been great, I actually quit once! Now maybe you’ll ask why would I want to coach again if I quit once already. My answer to that is sometimes in a network marketing business you get networked with people who only care about making themselves money and not about helping you or seeing you make money and worse of all not helping the customers the people who really need the help! I am very different in my beliefs about how a network marketing business should be run. I first and foremost am all about helping people lose weight and get health and be fit. I personally struggled with this and so has my family, therefore I have a deep connection with wanting to help people be fit. This is also the founding principle of a Beachbody coaching business and should be the priority of every coach. This should also be one of the biggest reasons to start a Beachbody coaching business. Now I began in Feb. of 2012 my second chance at being a Beachbody coach with people I personally know and are successful in helping people lose weight and building a successful network marketing business.
Being a coach for Beachbody is and can be rewarding. You get to help people change their lives by getting them in shape and be paid for your efforts! I personally like to here it when people say thank you for your help, I’ve lost weight when I’ve never been able too! Get a text message from someone, “Hey, just wanted to say I’ve lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks!”. To here how excited they are about their accomplishments makes me excited to be the person helping them. This is what I coach for, this is why I believe in what I do and why I choose Beachbody to help people. Their products P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire, Brazil Butt Lift, Body Beast and Shakeology shakes track records speak for themselves. With literally millions of success stories and thousands more every year, it’s hard not to say that Beachbody is leading the way to a healthier and fitter world.
